Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected delays and needs for cancellation can occur, so we try to be as flexible and fair as possible.
We can not offer refunds at this moment in time, however, if you give us at least 48 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will allow you to change your booking date/reschedule. If you do not cancel with 48 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
-
Please give us as much notice as possible so that we have the chance to resell your session
-
If you're unable to make your appointment (even if it’s 10 minutes before) or you’re running late then please let us know
Lots of cancellations and no-shows can be crucial to a small business like ours.
Rescheduling your appointment

You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your session start time.
You can reschedule your appointment online through Acuity Scheduling. At the bottom of your confirmation email you will see a button to ‘Reschedule Appointment’.
If you can’t find a suitable time then please get in touch with your preferred rescheduled date and we will see if there is anything we can do.
